Commitment to cleanliness

BE WELL, STAY WELL We ask that guests and employees who are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 do not enter the hotel. All employees are completing daily health screenings, including temperature checks, before starting work.
COVER UP We require all guests to wear face coverings while in public spaces throughout the hotel in accordance with the Charleston ordinance. All employees in front and back of house are to wear appropriate face masks at all times.
SOCIAL DISTANCING It is important that we maintain social distancing in all areas of the hotel. Guests and employees should stay six feet away from each other and we’re limiting common area occupancies to aid with this.
CLEANLINESS & SANITATION We’ve implemented a wide range of new  procedures and enhanced all of our daily cleaning protocols. Additionally, hand sanitizer dispensers are placed throughout the hotel for personal use.
HANDS-FREE We have replaced our reusable menus in all of our outlets as well as the guest rooms with digital and single use printed menus.
