The health and safety of our staff and guests is our top priority. With that in mind, we have a wide range of procedures and enhanced cleaning protocols. Commitment to cleanliness

BE WELL, STAY WELL We ask that guests and employees who are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 do not enter the hotel.
MASK POLICY

Regardless of vaccination status, we strongly encourage masks to be worn throughout the public spaces of the hotel. The hotel is acquiring proof of vaccine and booster records. Employees who are vaccinated will be designated by wearing a pin.

CLEANLINESS & SANITATION Hand sanitizing dispensers have been placed throughout the hotel for personal use as well as in-room complimentary personalized wipes and hand sanitizers for guests within their room.
Increased routine deep cleaning of cushions and surfaces as well as deep cleaning of public spaces are performed to maintain enhanced sanitization standards. 
HANDS-FREE We are offering digital menus in our dining outlets as well as the guest rooms. Handsfree check-in and concierge services are available as well. Self-park is an option to any guest who would like to forgo the valet.

GUEST SERVICES

& AMENITIES:

We offer contactless delivery of room service orders upon request. To minimize contact, employees will knock to notify guests of order delivery. Housekeeping will follow enhanced practices for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. Daily housekeeping service will be coordinated pre-arrival. Guests will have the choice of daily room servicing or opt out of room servicing for their stay. The concierge team will continue to use disinfecting wipes to clean any bicycles between each guest’s use. The valet team will continue to use disinfecting wipes to clean any cars that are valeted as well as used for house car rides.
